What is print-on-demand?

Every CryptoSuit product is made fresh when you order it. Your shirt or hoodie is printed or embroidered specifically for you and shipped directly to your door. No warehouse, no waste.

How long does shipping take?

Orders take 2-5 business days to produce, then 3-7 business days to ship within the US. International orders may take 7-14 business days. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

How much is shipping?

U.S. orders of $50 or more ship free. Orders under $50 pay a flat standard rate shown at checkout (most tees and polos are $4.95).

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties that may apply in their country.

What sizes do you offer?

Most products are available in sizes XS through 3XL. Size charts are on each product page. Our apparel runs true to size. If you're between sizes, size up for a relaxed fit.

What if my item doesn't fit?

We accept size exchanges within 30 days of delivery. You cover the return shipping; once we receive the item unworn and unwashed, we ship the correct size at no extra charge. Email cryptosuitbiz@gmail.com with your order number and the size you need. See our Returns Policy.

What is your return policy?

Because each item is made to order, we don't accept returns for change of mind. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll replace it at no cost.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can be cancelled or changed within 12 hours of being placed. After production begins, we can't make changes. Email cryptosuitbiz@gmail.com right away if you need to cancel.

How do I care for my CryptoSuit apparel?

Machine wash cold, inside out. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not iron directly on the print or embroidery.
