Returns Policy

We stand behind every CryptoSuit product. Here is how returns and exchanges work.

Made-to-Order Products

Because every CryptoSuit item is produced on demand for you, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. This applies to all apparel including t-shirts, hoodies, and hats.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will replace it at no cost to you. Email cryptosuitbiz@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.

Size Exchanges

We accept size exchanges within 30 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive the item in unworn, unwashed condition, we will ship the correct size to you at no additional charge.

To start an exchange, email cryptosuitbiz@gmail.com with your order number and the size you need.

Lost Packages

If your package is marked delivered but not received, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If the issue persists, email us and we will file a claim and send a replacement.
